SODIUM  MONOSULPHIDE– MODIFICATION OF THE MONOGRAPHY

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

CONSIDERING Article 2 paragraph 2 iv of the Agreement of April 3, 2001 establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine,

TAKING NOTICE of the works of the Sub-commission of Methods of Analysis and Appraisal of Wine,

CONSIDERING the monograph related to sodium monosulphide contained in the International Oenological Codex

CONSIDERING that no oenological practices using this product are mentioned in the International Code of Oenological Practices

DECIDES, on the proposal of Commission II « Oenology » to remove the monograph related to sodium monosulphide from the International Oenological Codex
