NOMINATION OF A FINANCIAL AUDITOR AND THE DURATION OF THE TERM OF AUDITOR

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF VINE AND WINE, at its first meeting,

WHEREAS article 5 paragraph 5 of the Agreement of April 3 2001 specifies the conditions for appointing a financial auditor further to a joint proposal by the Director General and the Bureau of the International Office of Vine and Wine, with the approval of the Executive Committee,

NOTING that it is impossible to fill the prerequisites for the nomination of a financial auditor for the first General Assembly of the International Organization of Vine and Wine,

HEREBY decides to name as financial auditor of the International Organization of Vine and Wine the current Auditor of the International Office of Vine and Wine until December 31, 2005.
