APPROVAL OF THE 2002 FINANCIAL YEAR ACCOUNTS

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the budgetary accounts of the 2002 financial year;

IN VIEW of the analysis of the financial situation of the 2002 financial year;

IN VIEW of the management accounts of the 2002 financial year;

IN VIEW of the financial situation on 31 December 2002;

IN VIEW of the summarised management accounts of the last four financial years;

IN VIEW of the summarised situations of the last four financial years;

IN VIEW of the state of the financial contributions to be received at the end of 2002 financial year, for a total amount of 417,763.49 euros;

APPROVES the management accounts for the 2002 financial year in which appears a budget surplus of 98,328.56 euros (ninety eight thousand three hundred twenty eight euros and fifty six cents);

APPROVES the balance sheet for the financial year 2002 for the amount of 1,945,673.15 (one million, nine hundred forty five thousand six hundred seventy three euros and fifteen cents);

APPROVES the proposal of the Director General aiming at allocating the surplus, i.e. 98,328.56 euros as follows:

• “Provision for layout and equipping of the premises”…………… 45,734.71 euros
• “Provision for pending contributions for more than one year” 52,593.86 euros

GIVES QUIETUS to Mr Georges Dutruc-Rosset, Director General, for his management during the 2002 financial year.
