RESOLUTION OENO 1/2004

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW of Article 2 paragraph iv of the Agreement of 3 April 2001 establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine,

HAVING CONSIDERED the work of the International Code of Oenological Practices experts group,

BEARING in mind Resolution OENO 7/2002 relating to racking special wines adopted during the 82nd General Assembly of OIV in Bratislava (Slovakia);

DECIDES:

On the proposal of Commission II « Oenology » to modify the aforementioned International Code of Oenological Practices, the sheet 3.2.5 - Racking
