THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

ON THE PROPOSAL of the Executive Committee,

CONSIDERING that, at the origin of the O.I.V., a Diploma of Honor awarded to persons of merit was created,

CONSIDERING article 6 of the Rules of the Office International de la Vigne et du Vin sets the attributions of the Executive Committee,

ADDS to this article 6 § 2, the following text:

O/ to award to persons of merit the Medal of Honor of the Office International de la Vigne et du Vin, or the title of Member of Honor or any other appropriate title such as Honoris Causa Ambassador or Delegate of Honor.
