RESOLUTION OIV-OENO 707-2022

WINES – TREATMENT WITH SILVER CHLORIDE

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW OF Article 2, paragraph 2 ii of the Agreement of 3 April 2001 establishing the International Organisation of Vine and Wine,

AT THE PROPOSAL of the “Technology” Expert Group,

CONSIDERING the results of the questionnaire indicating that the oenological practice is no longer used,

DECIDES, at the proposal of Commission II “Oenology”, to withdraw the resolution OIV-OENO 505-2014 and consequently delete the monograph COEI-1-CHLARG from the International Oenological Codex,

DECIDES, at the proposal of Commission II “Oenology”, to withdraw the resolution OIV-OENO 145-2009 and consequently delete the following oenological practice from part II of the International Code of Oenological Practices:
