APPROVAL OF THE 1999 BUDGETARY YEAR ACCOUNT

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the budgetary accounts of the 1999 budgetary year,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the financial situation of the 1999 budgetary year,

IN VIEW of the management accounts of the 1999 budgetary year,

IN VIEW of the financial situation on December 31, 1999,

IN VIEW of the summarized management accounts of the last four budgetary years,

IN VIEW of the state of the contributions to be received at the end of 1999 budgetary year, for a total amount of  4.280.168,64 French Francs

APPROVES the management accounts for the 1999 budgetary in which appears a budget surplus of  455.187,44 French Francs;

APPROVES the statement of accounts for 1999 of an amount of 10.356.725,15 French Francs;

APPROVES the proposal of the Director General aiming at allocating the surplus, i.e. 455.187,44 French Francs in the following conditions :

• to the account : « Provision for fitting out and equipping of the offices » : 150.000,00 French Francs,
• to the account: "Provision for pending contributions for more than one year" : 305.187,44 French Francs;

GIVES QUIETUS to Mr. Georges Dutruc-Rosset, Director General, for its management during the 1999 budgetary year.
