Approval of the 2003 fiscal year accounts

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the budgetary accounts of the 2003 fiscal year;

IN VIEW of the analysis of the financial situation of the 2003 fiscal year;

IN VIEW of the management accounts of the 2003 fiscal year;

IN VIEW of the financial situation on December 31, 2003;

IN VIEW of the summarized management accounts of the last four fiscal years;

IN VIEW of the summarized situations of the last four fiscal years;

IN VIEW of the state of the contributions to be received at the end of 2003 fiscal year, for a total amount of 620 452,51 euros (six hundred twenty thousand, four hundred fifty two euros and fifty one cents) ;

APPROVES the management accounts for the 2003 fiscal year in which appears a budget surplus of 49 371,83 euros (forty nine thousand, three hundred seventy one euros and eighty three cents) ;

APPROVES the balance sheet for fiscal year 2003 for the amount of 1 938 455,06 (one million, nine hundred thirty eight thousand, four hundred fifty five euros and six cents) ;

APPROVES the proposal of the Director General aiming at allocating the surplus, i.e. 49 371,83 euros (forty nine thousand, three hundred seventy one euros and eighty three cents) ;as follows:

• “Provision for pending contributions for more than one year”  49 371,83 euros  (forty nine thousand, three hundred seventy one euros and eighty three cents)

GIVES QUIETUS to Mr Georges Dutruc-Rosset, Director General, for his management during the 2003 fiscal year.
