APPROVAL OF THE 2001 FISCAL YEAR ACCOUNTS

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNATIONAL OFFICE OF VINE AND WINE,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the budgetary accounts of the 2001 fiscal year,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the financial situation of the 2001 fiscal year,

IN VIEW of the management accounts of the 2001 fiscal year,

IN VIEW of the financial situation on December 31, 2001,

IN VIEW of the summarized management accounts of the last four fiscal years,

IN VIEW of the summarized situations of the last four fiscal years,

IN VIEW of the state of the contributions to be received at the end of 2001 fiscal year, for a total amount of  3,120,635.53 French Francs,

APPROVES the management accounts for the 2001 fiscal year in which appears a budget surplus of  681,566.17 French Francs (six hundred eighty one thousand five hundred sixty six francs and seventeen centimes);

APPROVES the balance sheet for fiscal year 2001 for the amount of 11,456,064.33 French Francs (eleven million four hundred fifty six thousand and sixty four francs and thirty three centimes).

APPROVES the proposal of the Director General aiming at allocating the surplus, i.e. 681,566.17 French Francs as follows:

• « Provision for fitting  and equipping

the office………………………………………….……200.000,00 French francs

• « Provision for pending contributions for more

than one year …………………………………… 481.566,17 French francs

GIVES QUIETUS to Mr Georges Dutruc-Rosset, Director General, for his management during the 2001 fiscal year.
