APPROVAL OF THE 2000 FISCAL YEAR ACCOUNTS

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the budgetary accounts of the 2000 fiscal year,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the financial situation of the 2000 fiscal year,

IN VIEW of the management accounts of the 2000 fiscal year,

IN VIEW of the financial situation on December 31, 2000,

IN VIEW of the summarized management accounts of the last four fiscal years,

IN VIEW of the summarized situations of the last four fiscal years,

IN VIEW of the state of the contributions to be received at the end of 2000 fiscal year, for a total amount of  3,477,214.88 French Francs,

APPROVES the management accounts for the 2000 fiscal year in which appears a budget surplus of  541,867.47 French Francs (five hundred forty one thousand eight hundred sixty seven francs and forty seven centimes);

APPROVES the balance sheet for fiscal year 2000 for the amount of 9,984,504.70 French Francs (nine million nine hundred and eighty four thousand five hundred and four francs and seventy centimes).

APPROVES the proposal of the Director General aiming at allocating the surplus, i.e. 541,867.47 French Francs as follows:

• « Provision for fitting  and equipping the office……………… 200.000,00 FF
• « Provision for pending contributions for more than one year  341.867,47 FF

and to significantly increase:

• « Provision for fitting  and equipping the office » …………….. 100,000.00 FF withheld from the « variations in exchange rate » and « variations in market values » provisions amounting to 50,000 French Francs from each; or a total of: 100,000.00 FF

GIVES QUIETUS to Mr Georges Dutruc-Rosset, Director General, for his management during the 2000 fiscal year.
