APPROVAL OF THE 1998 BUDGETARY YEAR ACCOUNT

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the budgetary accounts of the 1998 budgetary year,

IN VIEW of the analysis of the financial situation of the 1998 budgetary year,

IN VIEW of the management accounts of the 1998 budgetary year,

IN VIEW of the financial situation on December 31, 1998,

IN VIEW of the summarized management accounts of the last four budgetary years,

IN VIEW of the state of the contributions to be received at the end of 1998 budgetary year,

APPROVES the management accounts for the 1998 budgetary in which appears a budget surplus of 676.760,43 French Francs;

APPROVES the statement of accounts for 1998 of an amount of 9.689.785,52 French Francs;

APPROVES the proposal of the Director General aiming at allocating the surplus, i.e. 676.760,43 French Francs to the account: "Provision for pending contributions for more than one year";

GIVES QUIETUS to Mr. Georges Dutruc-Rosset, Director General, for its management during the 1997 budgetary year;
