The scientific papers submission platform for the next OIV Congress is now open. Industry researchers, experts and professionals are invited to submit their work before 21 February.
The 46th World Congress of Vine and Wine, along with the 23rd General Assembly of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), will be held from June 16 to 20, 2025, in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
This 46th Congress will address issues linked to the future challenges of the vine and wine sector under the following theme:
“CHARTING THE FUTURE OF VINE AND WINE: EMBRACING RESILIENCE, ELEVATING VALUE, FOSTERING INNOVATION”
The four sessions for which papers can be submitted are structured as follows:
1. Session I. Viticulture. Resilient viticultural practices for sustainable ecosystems
2. Session II. Oenology. Adaptive and innovative technologies in sustainable oenology
3. Session III. Economy & Law. Elevating value: favourable value chains and resilient business model
4. Session IV. Safety & Health. Nutrition & health: sharing, caring and well-being
As such, the whole scientific community is invited to send in their presentations on any of the issues contemplated for the various sections of the Congress. Please follow the instructions specified in this document when submitting your proposals.

The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 21 February 2025 and the deadline for sending in the final paper for accepted presentations is 11 May 2025.
