The OIV online course on Blockchain applied to the Vine and Wine sector will happen from 4 to 7 June 2024 (1.30 – 5.30 pm CEST). This extensive four-day course offers a thorough exploration of the subject and is designed for participants with diverse professional backgrounds, willing to advance their knowledge on this cutting-edge technology's applications in the sector.
The program will cover a wide range of topics and case studies including traceability in wine supply chains, smart contracts, NFTs and token economics, Metaverse, DeFi, DAOs, as well as policy and regulatory challenges.
This comprehensive program, blending lectures, insights from esteemed guest speakers, and interactive workshops, equips participants with a profound understanding of how blockchain can elevate transparency, traceability, and operational efficiency within the vine and wine sector.
How is the course structured
The course is organised around the following 4 days sessions:

Who can enroll
The course is designed for up to 50 participants online who have a background in the vine and wine sector and seeking to enhance their knowledge of digitalisation within the sector.
Given the diverse nationalities of the lecturers, knowledge of English will be valued in the selection of candidates, since it will be the working languages of the course.
